So, he made me cry.

     My sweet, funny, silly, goofy-at-times husband gave me a gift the other night.   Monday, the 24th of October,  is the one year anniversary of us meeting in SL.  I have to admit..... he's the best damned thing that has ever happened to my SL, out of a myriad of good things, and is a wonderful, dear, caring friend in my RL now, as well.
    We've had our share of ups and downs, over the last year.  Derren says he doesn't remember the downs, and concentrates on the ups.  I remember all of them, all of "us", as both have only served to cement the relationship.  I do want to say a special thank you to our mutual friend, River, for introducing us, although in a rather unusual manner.  *grins*

As I sit here on a cold, rainy RL night, after an eleven hour work shift.. watching this makes me very happy, babydoll.

I love you, Derren Macarthur.  More than you can truly know.  Thank you for being in both my lives.

It's OCTOBER!!!!!!

  Ghosties, and a haunted cemetary and house.... Yep, it's Halloween month on the Kitteh's Kastle sim!  Feel free to hop over and look around.  The haunted area is hidden behind a screen of trees, far across the sim from the main house.   Hope you enjoy!

Remember, as always, there is dancing in the gazebo area in front of the main house (intan in the flower vases), cuddles everywhere, just STAY OUT OF OUR BED!  :P

Oh, and don't be surprised if you see us running around as demons the rest of the month... we don't bite... well, not much!  *Bwahahahahaha!*

The homestead is open again! :-)

     The autumn redo of the Kitteh's Kastle sim is about 90% done, so I thought I'd go ahead and reopen it to everyone.  Derren, of course, made his beautiful garden even more outstanding, and is making some unique poses for different photo locations around the sim, should anyone be interested.  This is a free service we're offering, but of course, gratuities ARE gratefully accepted!  Heehee! 
     Anyway, we would love to see each and every one on you.  Halloween decorations will be added next month, and then it's time to decorate for the winter holidays!  OMG, the year is flying by!

Busy, busy, busy!!!!!

  RL has been kicking my butt a bit, here lately.  As the rather abrupt change from summer to Deepest Winter (Ok, ok... so it went from 100 degrees to sixty.... but it's a sign, I tell ya... a SIGN!)... I've been incredibly busy cutting down the gardens already.  When you have a full half of a city block that owns you.... er, that you own.... that takes a while, and as it gets colder, it hurts worse.... a lot worse.   Of course, I still am working 11 hour days, four days a week, with three off to "do" for me, my increasingly infirm mother, and so on.  Therefore, I apologize to the three regular readers here for neglecting the blog.  *chuckles*

As for SL, Derren and I just don't seem to have enough time anymore.  Between his RL job, my RL job, and other factors, we get to see each other for maybe two to two and a half hours very late at night for me, very early morning for him.  Ah, well... "for better and worse" takes on a whole new meaning when SL time differences are figured in.  One saving grace..... spending that little time together has probably kept him from killing my moody butt! LOL!  It does make every moment that I get to share with my husband that much more precious, though.... every moment is magic, rather than mundane.  *smiles softly*

We are redoing the sim for fall at the present, and, as you know, I'm an AR/OCD perfectionist about most things like that, so don't expect any pics from me until it's done!  (OK, so it's never "done"... as any sim owner can tell ya, but you know what I mean! LOL!).

Anyway, off to the RL "pay for SL" thingy... oh, yeah, they call it a "job"..... :-)
